Refund policy
At Salted, all of our products are freshly prepared and made to order. Because of the perishable nature of our items, the following refund and cancellation policy applies.
Refunds & Cancellations
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on items once preparation has started.
- Requests made within 24 hours of delivery cannot be accommodated
- Once preparation has begun, the order becomes non-refundable and non-cancellable
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Incorrect or Faulty Orders
If you receive an order that is incorrect or arrives damaged or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To assess the issue, we may request:
- Clear photos of the product
- Your order number or proof of purchase
If approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.
Delivery Issues
Salted is not responsible for issues resulting from:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided at checkout
- Failed delivery attempts due to the recipient being unavailable
- Orders refused or not accepted at the delivery address
In such cases, refunds or replacements will not be issued.
