Delivery Guidelines

Have a question or need help with your order? We’re always happy to help.


When will I receive my order?

We currently deliver within Bahrain only.

  • Orders are delivered on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
  • You can place your order up to 3 weeks in advance to secure your preferred delivery day
  • Orders must be placed at least 24 hours before your chosen delivery day, with a cut-off time of 6:00 PM the day prior

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on order volume, location, or unforeseen circumstances.


Where do we deliver?

We deliver to residential and commercial addresses within Bahrain.

Please ensure your delivery address, contact number, and any special instructions are entered correctly at checkout to avoid delays.


Delivery attempts & availability

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the order at the selected delivery address.

  • If no one is available at the time of delivery, our courier may attempt to contact you
  • If the order cannot be delivered due to unavailability or incorrect details, we cannot guarantee re-delivery on the same day

For perishable items, we recommend choosing an address that is attended during the delivery window.


Order changes & cancellations

We’ll always try to accommodate order changes or cancellations, however:

  • Changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once an order is confirmed
  • Orders that have already been prepared or dispatched cannot be modified or cancelled
